We work with clients to develop recruitment strategies that meet their expectations and our consistently high standards. We begin by identifying your need and if necessary, we help you write the job description for the position.


The next step is to gather information about the position accountabilities and qualifications, and obtain a thorough understanding of what it is that you want the individual to do. We also learn about your culture so that we can provide candidates who will positively impact the organization.


We research the marketplace to find candidates with core competencies to meet your needs. We conduct phone or face-to-face meetings with candidates and make recommendations on the top three to five qualified candidates. Second and additional interviews are generally held at the client site. Upon completion of the interviews, references are checked and an offer is extended and accepted.
